Return Policy for Wanabuy

 

Introduction

At Wanabuy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

 

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Intimates: For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return.

 

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service at support@wanabuy.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges

Procedure: Follow the same steps as returns. Indicate in your email that you wish to exchange the item and specify the new size or color you require.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@wanabuy.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
